Roles & Responsibilities: Mixture of onsite and remote support. Excellent communications and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Server management - install, configure and maintain (AD, File Servers, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Windows Amin Centre). Network Administration - manage computer networks (Cisco, VMware VSphere/ESXi, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN). Experience working with routers, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP. Experience in AD, MS Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers. Experience in MS Office365 solutions. Experience working with cloud technology and solutions (Azure). Self motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision. Strong work ethics, initiative and troubleshooting skills. Additional information: Continuous learning and self-development at all levels of the business (EG Current SDM started his master’s in cyber security).
