The role You'll undertake a range of tasks assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including: Respond to phone and email enquiries/bookings Create local and interstate bookings using our software system Book vehicle servicing, maintenance and COI bookings Process maintenance request forms and ensure paperwork/systems are up to date Learn the process of transport allocation Liaise with customers, drivers and other stakeholders General office duties as required What are we looking for Previous experience in a similar role ideal Ability to understand, follow and adhere to processes, systems and regulations Ability to input and maintain accurate, timely data and information Confident dealing with issues that arise, quickly and calmly Data entry/software systems experience Great communication skills, professional and friendly customer service approach Excellent time management and organisational skills Willingness to learn and a commitment to your training and development Why join us Exciting opportunity to build a career in the industry Development opportunities for the right person Local family-owned and operated business Apply today if you'd like to be part of our team.
