About the role: 3 month non-onging with the view to extend APS3 level around $68, 000 super per annum Full time hours Monday to Friday fulltime in the office Candidates must be Australian citizens and be willing to undertake a Baseline security check to be considered for this role. Purpose of the position As part of the Corporate Support team, provide a range of administrative support and services to the national office network ensuring that a professional corporate image is maintained at all times. The successful applicant will be required to work in the office five(5) days a week. Accountabilities Facilitate Official travel bookings in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Manage the coordination and resolution, if applicable, of local accommodation, security, and facility maintenance issues Provide timely administrative support and services, including but not limited to - o Act as a local point of contact for archiving requests and electronic records management o Order and maintain site office supplies. o Maintain visitor and pass registers. o Maintain up to date site contact lists and seating plans. o Manage Cab Charge administration and reconciliation. o Manage site incoming/outgoing mail services. o Organise/provide general advice relating to meeting rooms, bookings, equipment, site events and catering. o Provide financial contract management services (delivery receipting) and quarterly site operations statistics. Support Agency workplace health and safety obligations, committees and reporting requirements. Assist with stock take, asset maintenance and records management in accordance with the documented practices.
