Your responsibilities will include; Arrange and attend photoshoots Prepare and book marketing schedules Manage all sales compliance from list to settlement Coordinate stylists and works to get properties ready for sale Manage social media posting and agent branding Prepare prelist kits, proposals, and market reports Order office supplies and oversee the running of the office Diary and email management Preparing for settlement, liaison with solicitors and clients The right candidate will have: A minimum 12 months real estate experience Current Certificate of registration or real estate licence A valid drivers licence and access to a car Sound knowledge of the sales process Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Eager to learn and develop your real estate career To confidentially submit your CV, please click 'Apply' or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
