About the Role: This administrative role is crucial to ensuring a positive experience for students and staff in our Sport, Health, and Engineering programs. You'll gain proficiency in handling timetables, sessional contracts, and optimising processes to keep things running smoothly. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on supporting a team in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit. You'll be part of our Student Resource Management (SRM) team within the College of Sport, Health, and Engineering. It's a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with program areas and colleagues across the college. You'll report directly to the Team Leader of Student Resource Management. Collaborate across the college: Work closely with program areas and various departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment between student and staff needs. Identify opportunities to streamline processes for efficiency: Analyse existing workflows to suggest improvements and drive continuous improvement. Provide administrative support to the SRM Team Leader: Assist with reports and other tasks to support the team's overall efficiency. About You: You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
