Rewarding role with career growth opportunities About Us Serco has a dedicated team of over 600 people supporting operations at Fiona Stanley Hospital and works in close partnership with the hospital leadership, WA Health, clinicians, and staff to deliver essential non-clinical facilities management, ICT and HR managed services. Our specialist team designs, manages and optimises the integrated services and are critical to the ongoing delivery of clinical services in Western Australia's largest and most digitally enabled public healthcare facility. About the Role Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to hospital functions and members of the community. You will be communicating with key stakeholders and delivering up to date information to callers, as well as registering and scheduling tasks for services in the hospital. About you You are a passionate and customer focussed individual. You take pride in the delivery of service excellence and the provision of support, in a timely and efficient manner. You have a respectful and professional demeanour and demonstrate exceptional values in everything you do. What we’re looking for • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour • Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Sound PC and keyboard skills • The confidence and ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment • Experience working within a Contact/Call Centre environment (preferable) • An understanding of a KPI driven workplace with service delivery outcomes You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
