3-month project opportunity for a safety administrator to aid in the successful implementation of and transition to a brand new OHS system The Organisation JK is partnering with an industry leading manufacturer based in Logan who have been operating for over 50 years. Our client supplies value-add plastic and rubber products primarily to the mining sector. With several manufacturing facilities across Australia, our client is a national provider of mineral processing products and solutions. The Role Are you an experienced Safety Administrator with a passion for creating and maintaining safe working environments? Do you excel in analytical thinking, organizational prowess, and interpersonal communication? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to join our team as a SiteDocs Project Support. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HSEQ team, working on the transition of our current HSEQ platform to the new SiteDocs platform. As a seasoned Safety Administrator, you will advocate for safety while ensuring efficiency in our operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the Safety Management System (MyOSH), preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including senior management. As part of the transition process, you will assist in reworking the Skytrust risk register for SiteDocs and closing out old Skytrust actions. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple computer systems will ensure the successful completion of these tasks within the designated timeline. Your expertise will be crucial in uploading current Safety Data Sheets into SiteDocs and conducting simple chemical risk assessments.
