Due to increased work flow, we are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join their friendly & supportive team. THE ROLE Entering purchase orders in a timely manner Answer incoming calls and assist customer or transfer to relevant person Looking into customer supplied materials/packaging and advising customers of any shortfalls at time of ordering Inbox Management: Liaise with customers and provide information as requested Following up clients for their materials and packaging in time to meet production requirements Entering orders for customer supplied materials and packaging and liaising with the planning team Invoicing client orders Liaise with dispatch team in relation to order delivery times Support clients to achieve their goals by providing outstanding customer service THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication ability; both written and verbal Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook Team player; work within a team to achieve common goals Be enthusiastic to learn new skills in a supportive fast-paced environment Be capable of troubleshooting issues; good problem solving ability We are looking for people who have a solid work ethic and the drive to go above and beyond for the customer.
