We are currently seeking an Administrator with invoicing experience for an immediate start in Derrimut. Our Valued Client, is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator for their day shift, Monday to Friday. As an Administration Officer your daily duties will involve general administration duties (corresponding to emails, filing paperwork, and mailing), liaising with warehouse staff and customers on a daily basis, as well as sorting through consignments. PLEASE NOTE: To start off requirements are 5 days a week for 4 hour days with the potential to move to Full time hours. To be successful for this role you must: Invoicing experience (A Must) Have Transport Industry knowledge / Experience (Highly Regarded) Invoicing and reconciliation experience (highly regarded) Able to create and understand spreadsheets High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Have prior experience working in a Transport Dispatch Office (highly regarded) Have Excellent time management skills, and a CAN DO Attitude Previous Manifest experience (highly regarded) Be able to work 5 days Monday - Friday. Be ability to work well independently, as well as within a team Be flexible with overtime as needed This position is ongoing casual but could lead to permanent work in the western suburbs and would suit someone with a willing attitude and great work ethic.
