This organisation is known for its solid leadership foundation, staff retention, and repeat clientele. From education, apartments, commercial, retail, and government projects, they have the in-house expertise and project mix that makes them one of the best performers in the industry. The Head office is based close to the CBD. However, this is a project role (naturally), so you will be on-site with a leadership team not far away. This role is newly created, and you will be working with a high-profile client, so support and guidance will be on tap. Working closely with the other tenancy team members, you will feel welcomed and have everything on hand to complete the job This Retail Tenancy Manager opportunity will have you take on an initial project for the first six months and set you up for the next career stage should you want to diversify your project experience into different sectors. The foundation for success Bachelor of Property or Construction OR relevant experience in retail fit-out projects Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience as a Tenancy Manager / Co-Ordinator or Retail Construction Project Manager Exceptional attention to detail Self-starter, confident, and understanding of how best to drive timelines with a mix of stakeholders.
