Working closely with the other tenancy team members, you will feel welcomed and have everything on hand to complete the job This Retail Tenancy Manager opportunity will have you take on an initial project for the first six months and set you up for the next career stage should you want to diversify your project experience into different sectors. The foundation for success Bachelor of Property or Construction OR relevant experience in retail fit-out projects Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience as a Tenancy Manager / Co-Ordinator or Retail Construction Project Manager Exceptional attention to detail Self-starter, confident, and understanding of how best to drive timelines with a mix of stakeholders.
