As an Administration Officer you will be the welcoming face of MacKillop in our Barwon, Victoria office. You will be situated in the front reception and be the first point of contact for visitors, your excellent communication skills will assist with you providing exceptional support and service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly, and having strong attention to detail and computer skills are essential for the success in this position. About You Experience in a front-facing office administration role. Efficient with technology including skills in Microsoft 365 suite. Self-motived with a can-do approach to your work, achieving results with accuracy and professionalism. Commitment to high levels of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Stong attention to detail and demonstrated experience in prioritising tasks and managing processes. Ability to be a problem solver and work under sometimes minimal supervision.
