About the Role Provide comprehensive PA support to a Tax Partner; Diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements; Manage communication and correspondence; Prepare and edit documents such as reports and letters; Oversee the operational aspects of the practice, including workflow management, client billing, and compliance with legal procedures; Facilitate effective data management and filing systems; Coordinate and manage the activities within the team; Organise and maintain the tax department's internal databases and case management systems; and Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the tax team's needs are met, including IT, marketing, and human resources. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, PA, or similar role within a legal environment; Excellent organisational and time-management skills; Superior written and verbal communication skills; High proficiency in MS Office and case management software; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; Strong team management skills; and Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
