You should be flexible, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to professional learning and a high-level of participation in collaborative team planning. The successful applicant will ideally be a reflective teacher with a commitment to continual professional growth to improve their practice. You should also be highly proficient in motivating and maximising the engagement of students, promoting an environment of active and positive learning that enables all students to achieve their highest potential. Ideally, the successful applicant should possess cultural awareness and be focused on delivering programs to individuals and groups, including those students with complex needs and diagnosed disabilities.
