Customer Service Champion - Casual — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in line with client and company requirements to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to schedules to achieve required targets. Main details: Casual role with varied start dates Hourly rate with potential to earn incentives Must be able to work between the hours of 10am and 8pm.
