We have two vacancies currently, a full-time position in Nuclear Medicine, and full/part time positions in general medical reception. We will provide you with the training to do the rest. What a day looks like? Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival. Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries. Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems. Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival. Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic. Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients. Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
