They are looking for talented Customer Service Represensitive consultant to join their friendly and supportive team, who are hardworking but also love a bit of fun to keep them energised. The Role: You will participate in all aspects of Sales, Service and After Care activities. Our positions require “all-rounders” who are ready to get stuck in with their team mates to learn and take on a wide breadth of Customer Service-related tasks. The roles also offer the ability to grow and expand within the company for the right person. This position will be offered on a temp to perm capacity with an immediate start Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm The Duties: Providing high quality service to both residential and commercial customers via phone and our email support ticket system. Assisting customers with general product information including pricing, availability and quotations. Handling after sales support which includes fielding customer issues, delivery damages/breakages, returns and refunds. Working closely with our dispatch team to ensure continuity in order communications and that customer’s needs are being met. General administrative support. To be considered for this role you will have: Previous experience in a Customer Service based role. Exceptional communication skills with a high attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Good competency in your ability to navigate new software and systems. A working knowledge of CRM processes and tools (highly desirable). A positive and hardworking ‘can do’ attitude with an ability to be hands on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
