As a crucial support to the HR Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of HR administration duties, including coordinating new starter processes (onboarding/letters of offer), maintaining our HRIS/database, generating reports, assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR team. Working with a team, help us implement a maintain the HRIS and other HR-related systems/platforms throughout the employee life cycle. Assist with HR projects, that will provide development and growth. Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management. About You We are seeking a candidate with experience working in an exciting and growing business, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Skilled in creating, implementing, and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, and National Employment Standards is advantageous. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships based on trust.
