This role is fast paced and requires a lot of resilience, but has great opportunity and perks Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls with a multitude of different questions. Assisting clients with their planned holidays. Maintaining a professional demeanour. Achieving monthly KPI's. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in customer service. Travel work experience is HIGHLY regarded. A passion for travel is a MUST Work experience in call centre environments is highly regarded. The Package: $55K super bonus. OTE is $60-$70K.
