About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal is to ensure our customers are ecstatic You'll be the first point of contact for our client's direct web shop customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Your mission? To WOW our customers with customized solutions and help us become the best sports retailer in the industry. Your Responsibilities: Manage queries from customers via phone, email, and chat. Understand customers' unique needs and resolve issues. Process web shop orders, exchanges, returns, and warranty claims. Liaise with warehouse and logistics to check on shipment updates. Advise customers on the best products for them. Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and escalate unresolved issues. Communicate with third-party warehouse and shipping partners daily. About You: Great attention to detail Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Passionate about customer service. Previous experience working in a call centre experience would be highly regarded Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, listening, and questioning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce or other CRM platforms would be advantageous.
