The Position… The position is a Receptionist role that requires the unique skillset of providing exceptional customer service and taking in-bound enquiries. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the Business Services team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Having an understanding of diversity in culture from a broad membership and customer base will assist in your approach to delivering a day-to-day excellence of service and customer satisfaction. You will be required to complete the following duties: Answering phone-related enquiries and provide exceptional customer support by ensuring information is explained in a relevant and professional manner. Preparing standard letters relating to client’s affairs. Liaise with the Tax Office and use the Tax Portal. Profiling of documents. General administration and receptionist duties The Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate must have the following: Minimum of 1 years’ Receptionist experience in a professional office or similar role. Worked in a professional firm setting i.e. accountants, lawyers etc. (preferred). Proficient with Office 365 (Word and Excel). Knowledge and use of DocuSign. Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail. Solutions focused on problem-solving skills and the ability to think and act quickly. Professional presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills. Well-spoken and proficient in the English language.
