The Role The Administration Officer/ Receptionist will work in the Children’s Services Unit (CSU). The CSU is a group of programs designed to support individuals, families and children. Our services aim is to build parenting capacity that is sustained long term through the provision of family supports, therapeutic interventions, the development of parenting and relationship skills and connection to community resources. We are currently seeking a part time enthusiastic, customer service champion for our newly refurbished office located within the Colonnades Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be a pro-active, self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively. You will provide essential administrative support to the office, reception duties including welcoming visitors, offering the team a high level of confidential support. This role will undertake First Aider requirements for the site (First Aid allowances will apply as per the award). This position is funded on a fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2025.
