Position Summary: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property's financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analysing market information - Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential - Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience - Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts - Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external - Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives - Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and lead all the day-to-day activities related to the sales function - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings - Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential - Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
