THE ROLE We are looking for the ultimate people person to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) on Full Time basis. In this multi-faceted role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your resilience, proactivity and extensive administration skills to both your peers and relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Coordinating a high-level of administrative duties (including operating the front desk reception, incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience Assisting with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing Conduct room inspections from pre through to the post occupancy Assist with managing the property specific arears process Cultivate a positive culture within UniLodge, building its appeal in the marketplace for future and current student residents. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: A background in administration, real estate or accommodation will provide you with a good grounding for this role and is highly regarded. Some of your essential skills will include: Strong written and verbal communication Intermediate - advanced computer skills Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport Well-rounded organisational skills Experience working within a fast paced environment and exposure to multi-tasking Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed Have an awareness and empathy for the many diverse groups and backgrounds within the UniLodge community Our mandatory requirements include: Eligibility to work in Australia National Police Check (completed within last 3 months) Working with Children's Check Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain).
