As our new Administrator for our Townsville disability support services, you'll be working closely with managers and staff, providing accurate and timely administration support in a friendly and supportive work environment. You’ll also be covering reception with your empathetic and professional approach. This is a rewarding role making a difference to people with disability in the community. In your role you will: Work in cooperation with the Business Operations Support Team to provide efficient and accurate administrative services as needed. Act as the first point of contact for internal & external customers by dealing with a wide range of enquiries/requests in a responsive and efficient manner. Provide cover for reception. Complete clerical tasks including scanning, filing, document management, scheduling meetings and maintaining stock of office equipment. Assist with managing petty cash, receipting goods and raising purchase orders in line with procedures. Communicate information clearly in various mediums including databases, internal and external documents, email and over the phone. What you will need to succeed: Previous experience in a customer focused role with strong administration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office software in a general administration capacity. Comfortable with utilising systems and procedures to manage customer and business data. Thrive in a busy workplace and enjoy multi-tasking.
