This is a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator with experience within the residential building space to join a dynamic organisation that not only values your experience but also promotes career and professional development. Your responsibilities: Provide a personalised and exceptional service to all clients through the warranty period, while following the warranty processes and procedures. Coordinate and schedule Warranty works with clients, staff, suppliers & trades including raising work orders. Support the construction handover process as required including handover packs, obtaining documents from suppliers, providing information to others. Provide administration support to the Head of Construction Standards to support the Construction Team. Required skills: Experience in an administration role in the construction sector. Experience working in a similar role within residential building would be would be advantageous. Demonstrated customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Benefits: Salary on offer of between $75-80K Super. A progressive and supportive leadership team.
