Working with a leading retailer, you will be responsible for driving the engagement of Unify, our proprietary analytics platform. You will provide support to both internal and external users of the platform, assisting with the modification of existing reports as well as implementing new reports. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Delivering on time, high quality databases and reports to clients Reporting data integrity issues internally and working with the Retail team to resolve the matters accordingly Responding to client queries in relation to the report functionality Overseeing the set up of clients on the platform, including their initial login and modifying access when required Managing the full user lifecycle, including tracking the usage of the platform Liaising with client stakeholders to advise of new capabilities of the platform and providing training when appropriate Requirements Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred) Previous experience working in a data or reporting role, ideally in a client facing environment Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, presentation skills and a curiosity to understand the 'why' Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively Strong and articulate communication (verbal and written) Efficient with Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint Passion and understanding of the FMCG industry (preferred) Circana Behaviours As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
