About the role In our newly created Construction & Switching Manager role, your contributions will have a direct impact on our success. You will be responsible for directing and leading construction activities related distribution powerline projects, ensuring compliance to contractual agreements. Key responsibilities Conduct HV & LV Switching to facilitate safe access to the network Development & submission of eNAR for planned works Managing Crew Leaders to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance Management of all delivery resources ensuring appropriate tooling, plant and material levels Provide technical guidance, advice and mentoring to field workers Achieve budgeted margin on projects Manage operation activities including scheduling, training About You We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, leadership, integrity and innovation.
