As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our operations. The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Entering course results into CRM systems; Collection and receipt of paperwork; Liaising with Customers and/or Instructors regarding their completed paperwork; Submission of the completed paperwork to VicRoads; Ordering, receiving and managing stock and supplies used at our Victorian Training Centres; Providing administrative support to the Victorian team; Representing our company in a professional manner, assisting customers with their enquiries and bookings. Skills & Experience: This is an entry level role, and full training will be provided, however the following is required: Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills The ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures This role would suit those who are wanting a change from hospitality or retail into an administration role, or who have recently commenced an administration role.
