Key Responsibilities: Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS Scoping the works and obtaining quotes from our approved vendors Preparing proposals to be submitted back to our client for review Support the production of design and specification documents to support planning Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, Monitoring and evaluation purposes to communicate with key stakeholders Developing and managing Delivery Programmes Managing tenders, getting quotes of contractors, managing invoices & variations.
