W Sydney is now casting for a Part Time Receiving Officer to process day to day invoices and receiving reports in hotel procurement system to ensure accuracy. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager. You must be available to work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) and at least 4 hours per day. LIFE WITH THE WORKS We believe in the power of people. To be successful as a Receiving Officer you will possess good time management skills and are deadline driven, highly skilled at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks. You will have superior customer service skills as well as problem solving and troubleshooting skills. To be pro-active and assist Logistics Manager / Purchasing Manager to streamline our logistics / delivery functions and operations and maintain highest ethical standards and confidentiality. TALENT PROFILE Education & Experience Required - High school diploma - At least 1 year of related work experience - Hotel experience will be an advantage - Be able to lift packages up to 25kgs. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a strong attention to detail.
