Support provided encompasses a range of tasks such as personal care, domestic aid, facilitating access to social and community activities, education, and behavior support. Minimum requirements: Be passionate about supporting young people or people with a disability Be committed to providing an exceptional level of care and support Australian Working Rights (excluding Student Visas) Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster (including night shifts) Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks Two professional references Be willing to travel up to one hour from home NOT hold another casual position with any other community service organisation. Full Australian Driver's License. Be available for a five-day induction Current or preparedness to acquire: Working with Children Check. NDIS Worker Check. National Criminal History Check. First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid; Course Code HLTAID003). Fully comprehensive car insurance. Desirable Qualifications: Diploma of Community Services. Vaccination against COVID-19 is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Remuneration and Benefits: Part-time employees can access salary packaging. Abundant training prospects. Access to a subsidised Diploma of Community Services. Permanent hourly rate between $32.21 - $36 shift penalties. Casual hourly rate between $40.26 - $45 shift penalties.
