The Role The purpose of this role is to not only provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our Pepper Money family but also to provide administrative support to the wider Admin team. Reception duties including greeting and acting as first point of contact for visitors, preparing meeting rooms, Providing administrative related support which may include invoicing, travel booking and other ad-hoc responsibilities. About you Able to prioritise multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think quickly and find solutions that make our workplace better and our people happy Experience with the Microsoft suite products.
