About the Role This is a hands-on role working with a team of customer service officers. In this flexible, warm-sales environment, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities As part of the customer service and sales team, your primary responsibilities include: Customer Service: Responding to customer queries in a professional, service-oriented manner seeking first-touch resolution with the view to exceed customer expectations. Sales: Answering or initiating email correspondence, customer calls and online chat to ensure sales targets are met. Product Knowledge: Understanding the products and translating policy wording to ensure that customers are fully informed on their cover. About You This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
