Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, join this company as they’re looking to add on a talented Sales Administrator to this close knit team. The Position: As a Sales Administration and Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the backbone of their daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to blend your skills in customer service, and sales administration. Your mission is to deliver top-tier service and support to both consumers and retail representatives, ensuring every interaction is prompt, professional, and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process sales and commercial orders in collaboration with various departments Manage commercial orders and coordinate with stakeholders Administer appliance changeovers while ensuring compliance with procedures. Coordinate stock arrangements and process return items for credit. Ensure accurate invoicing for retailer purchases. Maintain pricing in SAP and provide backup support for customer service Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Stock Controller, and Finance Manager to process sales orders and commercial orders efficiently. Provide backup support for customer service, including answering calls and attending to service call requests during low staffing periods. The Candidate: You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. You will have a customer focused attitude. Proven experience in product base sales would be advantageous.
