They are looking for someone with previous reception/administration experience, that has an interest in pursuing a career in the Real Estate Industry. Our client provides a down to earth and fun loving culture paired with efficient and professional operations, this agency truly offers the best of both worlds Key Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting Clients and answering phones Opening & Closing the Office Maintaining the database Handling keys and new tenant welcome packs Assisting with advertising and marketing for Sales & Rental Properties Liaising with landlords & tenants Other administration ad hoc duties as required It is essential that you have Previous reception or administration experience Previous Real Estate experience - highly desirable An A gents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV) , we will consider applicants that are willing to enroll prior to starting.
