This role will support the People & Culture Manager in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including processes, initiatives, and procedures. The successful candidate will assist leaders within the business services unit and manage small to medium-sized projects that add value to P&C efforts. As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in human resources, recruitment & supporting the employee lifecycle. About the role: Coordinate employee probation reviews, escalating performance concerns to the P&C Manager; Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, induction process and records are maintained, ensuring notice periods and contractual terms are adhered too; Coordinate and maintain company immigration, employee work rights and company sponsorship as required; Coordinate with institutions regarding graduate program and, promotion including presentations and career fairs; Facilitate training for the P&C Manager; Coordinate end to end recruitment activities independently including reviewing position descriptions, developing job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews; Arranging pre employment checks, candidate communication and providing letters of offer in line with relevant awards and entitlements; Coordination during employment changes, ensuring all employment variations and contractual amendments are accurate and actioned within specific timeframes; Monitor and report on the annual performance review cycle and support leaders with check in conversations and annual review preparation to ensure they are completed promptly; and Manage the careers inbox responding to and directing enquiries. About you Experienced in HR and recruitment; Diploma/ Bachelor degree in HR; HRIS systems experience including data integrity, reporting etc; Strong communications skills written and verbal; Ability to stay current with changing HR and employment legislation through networks and subscriptions; Ability to guide, influence, and build professional rapport with leaders and colleagues; Strong computer literacy - MS Office; A self-motivated individual with a desire to grow; A team player who is willing to assist others; and Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
