To be considered for these roles, candidates must have: Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy, café/restaurant environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Sound knowledge of all front of house duties Ability to manage staff shifts and breaks Great customer service and a can-do attitude is essential Fabulous coffee making skills Knowledge of POS/ till systems Eager to learn and willing to commit to 4 weeks paid training prior to start date You MUST have full availability across a fortnightly roster where shifts will be equally shared between the hours of 5:30am opens and 9pm closes.
