To support this function of the business, we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising retail sales and profits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the business' retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting pool and spa chemicals, accessories, and equipment. Provide advice on pool and spa maintenance, ensuring customers have the information they need to enjoy a clean and well-maintained pool or spa. Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organised retail environment. Collaborate with the Retail Team Leader to achieve sales objectives and targets. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Skills, experience and knowledge required: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions.
