The key duties of the position include Employment Opportunity Information Division is looking to engage a suitably qualified CRM Developer capable of taking technical responsibility across a number of custom built on premises and cloud based customer relationship management products, including Dynamics 365. The successful candidate must prioritise, investigate, apply remediation and provide advice, carrying out hands-on technical tasks for sustainment and project activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate ability to adopt and apply appropriate development methods, tools and technical standard in line with industry standard and organisational requirements. This is a senior administrator role and the successful candidate is expected to provide advice and contribute to process improvement, development standards, framework and applying these against acceptance of softwares into production. How you can help us make a difference The successful candidate must demonstrate strong CRM and Dynamic 365 experiences and skills, including experiences in developing end to end solutions and integration with commercial off the shelf and bespoke systems and applications. The department supports a number of internal and external facing CRM (on premises and cloud native) and Dynamic 365 solutions, proficiency and experience in Microsoft Power Platforms and programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL will be highly regarded. The successful candidate should also comfortably demonstrate abilities to: Provides advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to security policies, and development benchmark and standards; Conducts and leads peer review of code and development task against quality and standards; Develops, provides advice and takes action to enhance CRM and Dynamic 365 components and application to achieve business objectives; Monitors, mitigates risk and takes appropriate action to maintain application health and compliance against standards for sustainment, configuration and deployment, including ICT security policies and frameworks; Documents and shares lessons learnt on software development, configuration and management and integrations; Evaluates and provides evidence- based advice and guidance on application and system integration and configuration; Has an interest in and is willing to keep up to intelligence, provide advice and share insights on emerging technologies; Implements appropriate change control to software and system management practices; Carries out and contributes to the development of disaster recovery plans and applies incident management processes. Please note: Salaries in the department are provided through its Enterprise Agreement. Additional remuneration may also be provided through Individual Flexibility Arrangements (IFA). These IFAs can be negotiated prior to commencement.
