GHD is a respected leader in the Victorian and Australian Water Sector, and we aim to create solutions that are both functional and practical, that innovate, that are sustainable, and most importantly, meet the needs of our clients and communities. We offer opportunities to work across national and international projects, and in a diverse range of areas from traditional water infrastructure such as water and wastewater pump stations, through to treatment plants and process upgrades, and dams. We are looking for Civil Engineering graduates, or students expecting to graduate by the end of 2024 to join our Water Infrastructure team. This position is available in either our Geelong or Traralgon office, starting in February 2025. You'll have the opportunity to: Assist senior team members with design drawings, reports and technical documents for water infrastructure & treatment projects that include pipelines, distribution, storages & pump stations, treatment plants, sewerage treatment & odour control facilities and desalination infrastructure Work collaboratively with peers across other disciplines within GHD, as well as with our clients Connect in with a wider team of professionals to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities What does the rest of GHD's process look like? Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by one of our Talent Acquisition team members who manage each of our regions. From there, the rest of our recruitment process includes: A Video Interview, where you'll get the chance to introduce yourself and make another positive impression on both our TA team and hiring managers. Formal interviews, either in person or via MS Teams. Prior to our interview we'll also ask you to go through some online testing through one of our providers, Saville. An offer, where we'll go through your salary package and the start date for our program, as well as flagging our background checking process.
