You will tackle challenging platform & customer issues, champion customer success, and contribute to shaping the Cloud landscape Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (UX) What you'll be bringing to the table:- Use your creative problem solving skills to troubleshoot & resolve complex technical problems Advocate for users, providing expert guidance & solutions. Own & resolve challenging UX platform issues. Collaborate seamlessly with customers & internal teams (admins, developers etc.) Manage your time wisely & juggle priorities like a boss Put to good use your knowledge in Incident, problem, change management, knowledgebase & defects Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering. Continuously learn our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform Technical Skills: Up to 3 years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred) Good experience w/ dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML) Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS or Jelly is a plus Experienced in analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
