Senior/Associate Traffic Engineer - Public & Private Sector Clients/Strategic policy, planning, functional Design & Implementation. They provide expertise to clients from the strategic policy and planning level down to the functional design and implementation level. Interacting within a large yet young team of professionals, the assigned role will include: • Site inspections on parking controls, road widths, location of services, parking facilities and other features. • Plan, supervise and conduct traffic and parking surveys • Analyse parking and traffic data (Using Excel, SIDRA and Simulation Models). • Assess and design roads, intersections and parking layouts (spaces, aisles & Grades) • Road safety assessments • Accident investigations • Using spreadsheets build demand models. To be successful: Proficiency in modelling and simulation tools along with at least 5 years' experience in Traffic engineering in a consultancy environment. Must have an Engineering Degree.
