Control Systems Engineers - Water — Southbank, Melbourne

We currently asking for expressions of interest from skilled Control Systems Engineers with experience on the Rockwell PLC platform to join our growing team in Melbourne. Our national team of specialists are responsible for delivering great outcomes to our clients for critical industrial automation and control technology. Reporting to the Program Manager and working on the very latest technology, you will be responsible for design, integration, programming and commissioning of digital and analogue control systems. Your ability to build positive relationships founded on trust will assist you in providing expert advice to clients around their automation and electrical engineering project requirements. Key responsibilities Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions. Understand and develop results that meet the customer's real needs. Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project. Support the strategic development for the business. Skills and experience Proven experience in the design of automated or process control systems. Demonstrated experience integrating Rockwell PLC platforms especially ControlLogix is essential. Experience integrating Emerson and Siemens PLC platforms desirable. Experience working on water/waste water projects desirable Experience with network routing and industrial communications protocols, radio/telemetry network configuration highly desirable. Experience integrating RTUs and industrial IoT devices looked on favourably. Demonstrable experience integrating legacy systems. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Key requirements Relevant Engineering degree and project experience. Australian drivers licence. Must have the right to work in Australia.
