About the role: As a System Performance Engineer, you work in an international team focused on the definition of the functions and evaluation of the Performance of an ATM system. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure SS (System Specification) and SSS (Sub-System Specification) requirements coverage Perform the Performance impact analysis on the rest of the system baseline: SSDD (Sub-System Design Description) and ICD (Interface Control Document) Define the performance testing strategy: define the test environment (framework), identify the performance acceptance criteria and metrics, define and defend the performance testing plan Implement and execute the test (load test, endurance test) Analyse results, identify and defend improvement with the help of the technical team, and prove improvement with new tests execution On the first day you will come with: Degree in computer science or aerospace engineering Have knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems Good knowledge of Linux operating system and proficient in scripting programming language Communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams High level of creativity, initiative, pragmatism and persuasiveness Strong work ethic and drive to succeed with a strong sense of accountability and integrity Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding atmosphere Have knowledge of monitoring/analysis tools (Exception Hunter, Grafana, Graphite, Netdata) System Engineering tools knowledge such as DOORS HN-LN1 It's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
