Services are provided by several teams located at the Alfred Hospital (Commercial Road, Prahran) and at St. Kilda Road Clinic, Alma Road ARCC in St. Kilda, the Child & Adolescent Service located in Moorabbin and Aged Psychiatry services located at Caulfield hospital. AMAH also works in partnership with relevant local nongovernment and social support agencies. St Kilda Road Clinic: St Kilda Road Clinic (SKRC) is the (Adult) Community Mental Health Service delivery site for Alfred Mental and Addiction Health, servicing the Port Phillip, Stonnington and Glen Eira Local Government areas, as well as the Southbank part of the City of Melbourne. Southcity Clinic: Southcity Clinic is a specialist addication service funded by the Victorian Government to provide assessment and treatment for complex clients. The Role We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated person to join our administration team at St Kilda Road Clinic. This position is primarily responsible for the administration needs of Southcity Clinic, but will collaborate with the wider St Kilda Road Clinic administration team. Administration staff work together to provide integral non- clinical support to clinicians of both SKRC and Southcity Clinic in the delivery of clinical services by ensuring the systems and processes, which underpin clinical care and maintained at a high standard. The Southcity Clinic Administration Officer (reception and general administration) will undertake a full range of administration duties including reception duties, clerical duties, application-based data management and entry, customer service and health information services. While these positions are based at the St Kilda Road Clinic, the incumbents may be required to work from other AMAH sites.
