About the Role The responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to): Undertaking financial support services including ordering, payment and records management Purchasing using a corporate card and reconciliation of corporate card statements Organising travel and accommodation bookings for unit personnel Performing tasks associated with asset management and maintenance Assisting with human resource services including induction process for new staff Providing routine information and advice on administrative issues to management and staff Developing, implementing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance Preparing reports and written correspondence Maintaining accurate records and electronic document management systems Liaising with stakeholders and colleagues across the branch to support unit activities About You The ideal applicant will have: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of corporate systems including SAP and Content Manager Demonstrated ability to provide efficient administrative support including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and work across teams High level of attention to detail and personal drive and initiative Strong oral and written communication skills Interested?
