Administrative Business Partner / Executive Assistant (Sydney) — Sydney CBD, Sydney

The Role The primary responsibility in this role, is executive administration and office management, through collaboration and engagement with ELT teams, building trusted partnerships with clear channels of communication and aligning administrative support to their needs. Role responsibilities as follows (but not limited to): Provide administrative support and in addition to providing office and facilities management Maintain complex calendars including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives Structure cadence of calendars to support long-term business objectives Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities Attend business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables Partner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they arise Support active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submissions to ensure expense policy compliance Skills and experience This is an exciting opportunity, a unique chance to be part of a high-growth business where no two days will be the same.
