Role: As an Administrative Officer Deputy Principal Support, you will be part of a team supporting three Deputy Principals and report to the Executive Services Officer. You will provide a wide range of executive, administrative and student support functions to the Deputy Principals, including diary management and stakeholder meeting scheduling, suspension and other document processing, supervisions, internal marketing (newsletter, flyers, LED screen content, etc), organise and stage cohort events, and much more. These positions will work across Senior Schooling and Junior Secondary areas. To be successful in the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities: High level communication skills, exhibiting professionalism, confidentiality and tact, and the ability to work with all members of the school community Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills, prioritising and meeting deadlines Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing all tasks Previous secretarial or administrative experience with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) OneSchool (student management, supervisions, timetable, etc), IDAttend, QCAA Portal experience is considered highly desirable Experience with Photoshop/InDesign/Canva or similar is highly desirable, and creative flair a must Willingness to provide first aid and administer medication to students, when required Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
