This Accounting firm based in Malvern are looking for a vibrant Receptionist/Administrator The Company Our client is a thriving, boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team. Your duties may include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering phones Email correspondence Maintaining the client database such as updating client information Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries Preparing letters and other documentation Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available Stationary and consumable ordering Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners You will have: Strong customer services skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems Benefits Training and support is on offer Career progression and lots of lunch and learn sessions Close to Public Transport and free parking Team social activities How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume below through the APPLY button.
