As a Process and Driver Access Analyst in the Core Operations team, you will be delivering various projects aimed at strengthening Uber ANZ’s operations and compliance position in addition to streamlining the driver sign up process. Compliance processes: ○ Directly oversee and execute SQL-based and data-intensive compliance processes. Note that training will be provided for the technical skills required in this role as the usage of SQL and GSheets will form a significant portion of your day-to-day. ○ Project-manage / deliver (with support from Core Ops Managers) and execute key process optimisation initiatives that feed directly into broader compliance and operational excellence strategies of the organisation. This includes reporting to multiple stakeholders and ensuring agreed timelines are met. ○ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure roadblocks are quickly remediated and projects are effectively and efficiently delivered. ○ Manage administrative tasks related to vendor relationships, including communication, invoicing, and payment processing. ○ Work with and support a team of highly driven and motivated individuals. Raise concerns and contest ideas when necessary. Driver Access: ○ Be the owner of key driver sign up & funnel metrics such as conversion. This includes: - Challenging currently used metrics and the associated measurement methodology to ensure they are scientific and fit for purpose. - Investigating unexpected fluctuations in funnel metrics including identifying and remediating true root causes. - Working with Uber’s Product team to recommend, test and operationalise new features and improvements to optimise driver onboarding. ○ Oversee driver access to the Uber platform through management of internally-built tools including investigating and promptly resolving any discrepancies, ensuring their seamless operation at all times. ○ Managing driver escalations that point to issues with the onboarding funnel. ○ Be part of a strategic effort focussed on re-defining the vision for driver access.
